But breastfeeding requires a lot of energy, and your body needs to be nourished gently and kindly.<\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph -->Today, we&#8217;re sharing a simple, quick and delicious recipe: energy balls!<\/p>\n<p>They&#8217;re ideal for filling up on nutrients without the headache.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients (for about 10 balls):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> <span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">100g rolled oats (rich in fibre and iron)<\/span><\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons chia seeds (full of omega-3 and protein)<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons almond or peanut butter (source of good fats and energy)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)<\/li>\n<li>50g chocolate chips or raisins (as desired!)<\/li>\n<li>1 pinch salt<\/li>\n<li>a little water or vegetable milk (optional, to adjust texture)<strong><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph -->1 In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>2 If the dough is a little dry, add a small splash of water or vegetable milk.<\/p>\n<p>3 Shape balls with your hands (or with an ice-cream scoop if you&#8217;re in a hurry!).<\/p>\n<p>4 Place in a cool place for 30 minutes to set.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!-- divi:paragraph -->And that&#8217;s it!
