Graines de Vie offers a variety of encounters
The professionals who take part in our meetings have expertise in a wide range of fields. This enables us to offer you a wide range of of rich and varied encounters in three sections: prenatal, postnatal and family. We also offer meetings on childhood and adolescence, life as a woman and mother, etc.

The various events on offer enable you, future parents, to prepare for the birth and baby’s first months in complete confidence. In this way, you can already familiarize yourself with your role as a parent, let your inner resources shine through and forge a bond with your child.
Postnatal
Graines de vie accompanies you throughout the Golden Month and for the first twelve months after the arrival of the new family member. We welcome you just as you are. It offers a warm space to be together and share experiences.
Family
These activities, led by Graines de Vie network professionals, support you in the challenges of family life. Some can be taken with your children; others are aimed directly at children or parents, together or individually, or at grandparents.
Regular meetings
During these meetings, professionals are on hand to welcome you, listen to you, inform you and facilitate discussion. We value the principles of active listening and caring. The subjects explored also correspond to your current needs and inspirations. The meetings are en small group for greater intimacy, and confidentiality is of course respected.
There’s plenty to eat and drink on site.
With the exception of the breastfeeding meeting, all meetings are free and open to all, starting at 15.-frs. As price should not be a barrier, please contact us to discuss the matter.
