I’m the mother of 2 teenage daughters and I live in Plagne, surrounded by nature.

It was this environment that prompted me to take a university degree in Phytotherapy and Aromatherapy.

A midwife by profession, I work in the delivery room at the Biel Hospital.

I’ve always been interested in women in all their different stages of life.

That’s why I became a Cycloshow workshop leader.

It’s aimed at girls aged between 10 and 13, and is designed to help them understand the changes that take place in the body during puberty.

Thanks to a playful, theatrical and poetic approach, it also shows us the treasures that are hidden within us. The Cycloshow motto is “I take care of it because it’s precious”.

that’s what I like to pass on at the workshop.

I think this workshop complements the projects offered by Graines de Vie because it allows parents to project themselves into their children’s future.
